JAMMU, Feb 26: Living up to its reputation and going by its past doings, the cash starved Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council has allegedly made dozens of appointments at different levels in such a dubious manner where in some cases appointments letters were issued with out advertised posts and conducted interviews of the candidates. There are serious allegations of backdoor appointments made while defrauding the declared system of recruitment and in complete violation of the merit. Sources in the administration told that as the constitution of the J&K State Sports Council is being totally illegally run by the government. MUMBAI, Feb 26: The Committee of Administrators (COA) appointed by the Supreme Court is in favour of dropping the word "Control" from the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India).
