JAMMU, Sep 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Police under its Civic Action Programme (CAP) is organizing a state Jashn-e-Dal and Shikara Race-2017 at Nehru ark Dal Lake Srinagar.The event, which will start Sep 18 will continue for two days. While announcing the event, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Armed Police, L. Mohanti said that the event has been endeavour of the Jammu and Kashmir Police to maintain good relations with the public and over the years it has been organizing various events under CAP to achieve this goal.
