Dimple threatens to sit on hunger strike, don’t implement new MV Act in J&K

JAMMU, Sep 17: Sunil Dimple president Jammu West Assembly movement has threatened to start mass agitation and will sit on hunger Strike in protest against the huge Jazia, new motor vehicle act 2019, imposition of Jazia of 9 Percent road tax RTO fee and Jazia of various taxes on the traders of the Jammu.
Dimple appealed the Governor Satypal Malik sahib through a video and a memorandum to immediately issue directions to the traffic administration in this regard, to stop the MV act in Jammu Kashmir as they have started the heavy challaning under the new MV act without any “official legal Notification and imposing heavy challans on citizens”, new motor vehicle act is like strangulating, squeezing the blood of common man of the country.
Eighty Percent states of the country like Maharashtra, UP, Gujarat, Orissa, Punjab, Bengal, Rajasthan, MP, Telangana, and many other states have refused to implement the new vehicle act and charge the huge fine penalties in their states.
He alleged the Jammu Kashmir BJP leaders are mum, silent and mute spectators on new MV act.
He appealed to all political parties, transporters, traders, students, govt employees and other organizations to unite and get ready for the bigger agitation for the protection of their rights and wrong policies of the central government.
Due to shut down of internet services, no work in RTO office is being done, Issuance of licenses, RC registration, Renewal of RC, Vehicle registration work, Token fee is being carried out due to heavy rush, no online service throughout Jammu region has multiplied the problems of the traders, transporters and student community, restore internet facility in Jammu Kashmir immediately.
