First Assembly Elections in Jammu & Kashmir Post-370 Revocation
Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Elections after abrogation of Article 370. The elections are being held after ten years. The previous Legislative Assembly elections were conducted in 2014. These are also first elections for J&K as a Union Territory and are being organised five years after Article 370 was abrogated on August 5, 2019.
